Our Journey

Every great organization begins with a vision. Ours began with the belief that recruitment agencies deserve a trusted partner who remains committed beyond every successful deployment.

In 2022, our founder began working in Albania as an overseas worker through recruitment agencies. This experience provided a unique perspective on the realities of international recruitment and revealed the challenges agencies faced long after workers had arrived at their destinations. Many struggled to provide continuous support and monitoring because of limited manpower, time, and operational resources. Situations such as employee abscondment, misunderstandings between employers and workers, and other concerns often required immediate attention, yet agencies did not always have the capacity to respond as quickly as they wished.

Another challenge became equally apparent. Many agencies relied on sourcing partners from different countries, yet consistency and accountability varied widely. Applicants sometimes withdrew before deployment, worker records were not always well organized, and recruitment timelines became longer than expected. In many cases, the responsibility of an agent ended once a worker had been endorsed, leaving agencies to manage the rest of the journey on their own.

These experiences became the foundation of Asianixs Consulting & Services. Our founder envisioned a company that would build stronger partnerships with recruitment agencies by understanding their challenges, anticipating their needs, and remaining committed beyond the point where traditional recruitment support often ends.

The journey of building ACS was shaped by more than professional experience. It was also shaped by resilience. Along the way, our founder encountered doubt, criticism, and people who underestimated her potential. Rather than allowing those experiences to become obstacles, she used them as motivation to build a company defined by integrity, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
