• Fabricate PFM / metal-ceramic dental restorations • Perform porcelain layering over zirconia • Create anterior and highly aesthetic restorations • Perform staining, glazing, contouring, and finishing • Ensure accurate shade matching and natural-looking results • Work with materials such as GC, Noritake, or Ivoclar • Inspect completed restorations to ensure quality and accuracy • Collaborate with dentists and laboratory team members when adjustments are required • Maintain high standards of workmanship, precision, and laboratory safety • Participate in a practical skills test as part of the selection process
• Male / Female • Minimum 5 years of experience in a dental laboratory • Strong experience with Metal-Ceramic / PFM restorations • Skilled in porcelain layering over zirconia • Experienced in porcelain layering and anterior aesthetic restorations • Knowledge of staining and glazing techniques • Experience using GC, Noritake, or Ivoclar materials • Must provide a CV and photos/videos of personal work • Must indicate years of experience and previous laboratories worked for • Must state expected salary and availability to relocate to Albania • Nationality is not a barrier.
