• Operate knives and butchery tools safely and efficiently. • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation. • Clean and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment after use.
• Male • Experience as a butcher is preferred. • Junior butchers are welcome to apply. • Willing to learn and improve butchery skills through on the job training. • Experience cutting meat in a restaurant/butcher/retail shop is fine • Nationality is not a barrier.
